LED Tail Lights

The Tail Lights, and Brake Lights, are one of the most important parts of a vehicle. The brake lights maintain efficient traffic flow on the our roads and provides a vital safety feature in all vehicles.

Tail Light failure is one of the main causes of accidents with so many motor vehicle users around the world. The failure can be caused by short circuiting of the wiring, malfunctions in the electrical system, or burning-out of the filament in the incandescent light bulb - the type of lighting used by most automotive manufacturers.

Short circuiting and electrical malfunctions can be prevented with proper maintenance. One solution to avoid the dangers of burnt out filaments in incandescent light bulbs is to replace them with LED Lights.

Tail Lights are lighting mechanisms that allow road users to see vehicles in front of them, especially when slowing down or stopping,       they are designed to be seen in daytime AND nighttime. Tail Lights should be functional and conspicuous, regardless of motor vehicle size or usage.

Using LED bulbs for Tail Lights has numerous advantages - low maintenance, energy efficiency, durability, and longer lifetime.

With LED Tail Light bulbs, users do not have to inspect them over and over again. With proper care and maintenance, it would take months, even years, before the LED Lights would need replacement. LED Lights are a lot more durable than the incandescent light bulbs of most automotive lights.

As a requirement of Tail Light usage, LED bulbs can produce brighter illumination, despite of bright sunlight, rain, snow, dust, and darkness. A LED Tail Light with a brighter red flash can be a good safety feature.

Also, unlike incandescent lamps, LED Lights gradually decrease in brightness when they require replacement, which makes them an indicative warning for motor vehicle users. This prevents the sudden breakdown of the Tail Light, which is dangerous when it occurs while driving.

For added safety, auto makers invented brighter LED Tail Light bulbs with a fast-switching feature once the motor vehicle slows down. This kind of LED Tail Light allows drivers to see a stopping vehicle in front of them, giving them more time to react.

Reaction time is the time elapsed between the receiving of a stimuli and the resulting reaction. Unlike incandescent lamps, continuous flashing would not easily damage the LED Tail Light bulb.
